Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website. By visiting our site and/or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Payment is accepted via all major credit and debit cards. The price payable is that set at the date on which you place your order and shipping costs are recognised before confirming the purchase.
All payments made to Mimpi Swimwear are handled through the secure online terminal Stripe to guarantee your protection. Mimpi Swimwear does not store any of your credit or debit card information.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail recorded postal service. Once your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number.
UK first class recorded £4.50 1-3 working days
UK (only) next day recorded £7.25 Next working day
Europe recorded €11 3-5 working days
International recorded $14USD/$20AUD 5-10 working days
Our shipping costs do not include any import duties, taxes and custom fees for international orders.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return shipping charges and the duty tax for re-import of the swimwear. Please remember to look out for any delivery attempt notifications and monitor the status of your order via your tracking number.
Mimpi Swimwear cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit or for any delivery delays that occur once the goods have left us.
Returns and Exchanges
Mimpi want you to be completely happy with your purchase, you can return any item for an exchange or store credit providing the swimwear is *unused, unwashed and in original condition with the sanitary sticker still attached, inside the original packaging.
We ask that you e-mail/contact us within 3 days of delivery to obtain a Return Notification Number and an exchange/return form. Please complete the form including your original order number and name the order was placed under.
Return the item/s back to us within 10 days of receiving the Return Notification Number together with the exchange/return form. We will exchange or issue a store credit within 3 working days upon receipt of the item/s once inspected and accepted.
- We recommend that any returns are sent using a tracking/recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.
- Postal charges are at the customer’s expense and are non-refundable.
- Postal charges for exchanges will be at the same rate as originally charged.
- In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible for an exchange/store credit.
- When trying on the swimwear please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or any deodorant which may leave marks/scent.
- Sale/Promotion items are non-returnable/exchangeable.
- Mimpi reserve the right to reject any claim for an exchange/credit if the above conditions have not been met.
- If the goods once received are not in *‘original condition’ and your return is rejected, we will contact you via e-mail to discuss the reasons. We will return the original item to you once return postage has been paid.
- We do not offer refunds on any of our items.
Store credits are valid for 6 months after date of original purchase.
Mimpi Swimwear holds your privacy as a top priority. We will not share any of your personal information with third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.
The personal information you provide will be used to complete your order and ensure delivery to you; and to send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information we think may be of interest to you regarding Mimpi Swimwear.
